What if I forgot my password?
On the premise that you have set up a security question, you can click "Forgot Password" at the bottom of the unlock page and answer the security question to reset your password.

How to recover deleted files?
1. Files deleted within 30 days can be recovered from the recycle bin; those deleted for more than 30 days will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
2. Permanently deleted files cannot be recovered, so please think carefully before deleting them.

I deleted the app and reinstalled it, why are my hidden files gone?
Hidden files are only stored in this app, if you delete the app, these files will be deleted as well and cannot be restored. We will provide the "Cloud backup" service in future versions to help with backup and restoration.
